This 1996 Chevrolet Corvette is one of 4,031 Collector Edition coupes produced to commemorate the final year of fourth-generation Corvette production, and it was purchased out of Michigan in 2005 by the seller, who subsequently relocated it to Texas, where it has been registered for a total of 20 years. Indicating 22k miles, the car is powered by a 5.7-liter LT4 V8 linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential, and it is finished in Sebring Silver Metallic over black leather. Equipment includes the F45 Selective Real Time Damping system, a removable tinted-glass roof panel, 17″ silver five-spoke alloy wheels, power-adjustable sport seats, a Delco-Bose Gold Series sound system, and automatic climate control. This C4 coupe is now offered with the owner’s manual, custom indoor and outdoor car covers, accessories, a damage-free Carfax report, and a Texas title in the seller’s name.
All Collector Edition Corvettes were finished in Sebring Silver Metallic and featured chrome commemorative badges on the nose, sides, and rear. Additional equipment includes pop-up headlights, integrated fog lights, a removable tinted-glass roof panel, a Corvette-branded front plate cover, power side mirrors, and quad taillights. There is a paint chip under the left door handle.
Factory 17″ wheels are finished in silver and are mounted with Nitto tires that were installed in August 2025. The car is equipped with traction control and the F45 Selective Real Time Damping system, and stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated discs with ABS.
The cabin features power-adjustable sport seats trimmed in black leather with Collector Edition-specific headrest embroidery. Amenities include a Delco-Bose Gold Series sound system with an AM/FM/CD/cassette stereo as well as cruise control, automatic climate control, Collector Edition-branded floor mats, and power windows and locks. The end flaps for the sun visors droop due to age, per the seller.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel is mounted on a tilt-adjustable steering column and frames a central digital speedometer and fuel level monitor as well as analog instrumentation consisting of a tachometer and gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and voltage. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles, approximately 7k of which have been added under current ownership.
The 5.7-liter LT4 V8 was an option just for the 1996 model year, and was factory rated at 330 horsepower and 335 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in October 2024, at which time the most recent oil change was performed, and the serpentine belt was replaced in August 2025.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a ZF six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
A custom indoor car cover and a custom SealSkin outdoor car cover are included in the sale along with a custom leather storage bag and headliner for the removable roof panel.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage.
