It's called Babyracer and I've been looking for it for so long and I can't seem to find it. I think its lost media and I can't find it on the Wayback Machine at all. It seems like it's just disappeared as its not on any streaming services that I can find or online movie websites. I'm not sure if I've mixed this up with something else but if I did please let me know!!
